Task:

An ongoing 3 platform social strategy  ( IG, FB & Twitter) and influencer marketing campaign with the aim of –

  • Developing content to increase engagement rates across Instagram and FB.
  • Creating a strong TOV and style guide, that captured the brands’ ethos.
  • Develop influencer & micro-influencer relationships through takeovers and brand partnerships.
  • Actively manage community management.
  • Integrate user-generated content into social media efforts.

Strategies and Tactics:

  • Developed consistent social media content and posting schedule focused on driving key messaging.
  • Developed an influencer marketing strategy to further brand awareness.
  • Styled lifestyle images of the product for social media channels
  • Developed Facebook advertising campaign to expand the reach and further brand awareness efforts
  • Actively monitored social media accounts for brand engagement, conversation, and mentions.
  • Developed a user-generated content strategy focused on monitoring mentions of the brand, connecting 

and sharing consumer photos

The Results:

  • Secured over 30 influencers. Some Influencers took over the BI Instagram account for the day and shared

how they would style their £50 gifted items, others posted style shots or flatlays. They were also given a

30% off discount code to pass on to their followers. This increased spend on the featured items by 500%

with popular bloggers.

  • Ran a successful ‘Student Sessions’ campaign which increased spend in Swansea and Bristol stores by

101% over the same period from the previous year.
